Step-by-Step Process
1. Start with Fresh Juice
Use high-quality apple juice or cider with no preservatives. Fresh juice will give you the best flavor.
2. Add Yeast
Pour your juice into a sanitized fermenter and add yeast. Seal it with an airlock.
3. Ferment
Store in a cool, dark place and allow fermentation to begin. This typically takes 1–2 weeks.
4. Transfer (Optional)
Transfer to a secondary container to improve clarity and flavor.
5. Bottle & Enjoy
Once fermentation is complete, bottle your cider. Chill and enjoy when ready.
