1. Choose Your Juice
Start with high-quality fresh juice or a wine kit. The better your starting ingredients, the better your final product.

2. Gather Your Equipment
At minimum, you’ll need a fermenter, airlock, sanitizer, and bottles. Having the right setup makes the process smoother and more consistent.

3. Start Fermentation
Add yeast to your juice and seal it with an airlock. Store it in a cool, stable environment and let fermentation begin.

4. Monitor & Transfer
After the initial fermentation, transfer the wine to a clean container to continue the process and remove sediment.

5. Bottle & Age
Once fermentation is complete, bottle your wine and allow it to age. Even a few weeks can make a noticeable difference in taste.
