Petit Verdot has flavors of dark fruit (blackberry, plum, black cherry), herbal hints (sage, dried herbs), often with spicy undertones (pepper, cloves). Full-bodied.Ferments out dry. 2.6 gallons of single-strength juice. Makes about 12 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
